SHIPPING POLICY

The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time -  All orders are processed within 24 hours. All orders are shipped out through 3rd party shipping companies (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) not Leafy. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, all orders will still be processed and delivered to shipping companies within 24hrs but shipments may be delayed by a few days due to working with 3rd party shipping. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, please contact us at trackorder@getleafyproducts.com.

 Standard 3- 5 business days
Priority 2 business days 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur through 3rd party shipping.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses - Leafy Products ships to addresses within the U.S. to all 50 states. We do not ship to U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking - You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes - Leafy Products is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages - Contact us at support@getleafyproducts.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and take pictures before filing a claim.
